I hope everyone had a terrific Thanksgiving and enjoyed time with friends and family!
This Saturday we will help Gifts for the Homeless with their annual clothing drive. This is one of DCYP's favorite service projects and is a great way to give back to the community during the holiday season. Gifts for the Homeless is a terrific organization, and you can read more about them and their mission here. For more information or to sign-up for this project, email dcyp.service@gmail.com.
Note if you have already signed up, there has been a slight change in time for the event. The new time is below.

Gifts for the Homeless
Where: Warehouse- Use D Street Entrance (1201 Maryland Ave SW)
When: Saturday, December 1– 8:30am - 12:30pm- NEW TIME
Metro: Smithsonian (Blue / Orange)
We will be helping Gifts for the Homeless with their annual clothing drive. We will be sorting clothing donations at a large warehouse (called Portals III, please use the D Street Entrance) near the Mall. This is always a favorite project of DCYP members!
