Looking For Permanent Housing
· (NEW) My name is Claire DiPiero, SMC class of 2010, and am 25 years old. I am looking for 1 roommate to move to the Eastern Market-Capitol Hill area! I am a physician assistant, relocating to DC for my first job out of graduate school with a private Cardiology practice. I am needing to move in towards the end of Oct but can move in earlier. My price range is up to $1500.
Please let me know! I am in the city only for a few days but will be coming back within the month to do more apartment hunting. Please call me at 740-275-2126 or email at cdips40@gmail.com.
· (NEW) I graduated in May with my MA in peace studies. I will be moving to DC for the first time in November and am looking for roommates. I am currently abroad and won't be back in the U.S. until late October - which makes the housing search a little tricky. However, I am available by email and skype to answer any questions. If you or anyone you know is looking for a roommate in DC, ideally near Catholic U or metro-accessible, I'd really appreciate it if you would help connect me.
A little info about me:
My name is Julie. I'm 27. I grew up in South Bend and I've previously lived in Chicago, San Francisco and Detroit where I worked with non-profit organizations dealing with housing and homelessness. I am currently studying Spanish in Bolivia. I'm excited to make the move to D.C. and love exploring new neighborhoods and cities. I am a pretty relaxed roommate. I've had a lot of housing situations over the years – everything from several years of intentional community to living with friends, family and people I just met – and have loved all of them. Thank you! Julie Bodnar at juliebodnar@gmail.com
A bit about me:
I was on the varsity fencing team at ND. I am moving to DC from Indianapolis and I am a occupational therapist. I enjoy working out and socializing with friends. I like going out but I'm not very interested in the party scene. I would rather hang out, chill, and get a few drinks then go to a club. I also like to travel and try new things.
My price range is $700-$1100 per month. If interested, please reach out at amy.o.carey@gmail.com. Thanks!
