Room available in a four bedroom apartment in Woodley Park. Rent is $1167/month not including utilities which are usually about $30/month. It's a large room with hardwood floors, A/C unit, and sunny windows. We have a great common space and quiet neighbors in the building. Our building is across from the Zoo and easily accessible by the Woodley Park/Cleveland Park metro, L1/L2 bus and Circulator. The neighborhood has great restaurants, bars, a post office, a library, and grocery stores within walking distance. The current roommates are fun, early-to-mid twenties women. We've got one teacher and two working grad students (both ND Alums, Classes of 2010 and 2013). We've all got busy schedules and social lives but we enjoy catching up after work, exploring the city together, and throwing the occasional amazing party.
