[NSCoderNightDC] Call me Cowardly: Question about installing Xcode5 GM

Before I do something that's going to cause me hours of trying to undo it----

Since the Xcode 5 GM wants to overwite /Applications/Xcode.app, if I let it do so, am I going to have a headache when (after the 18th), I try and upgrade Xcode from the Mac App Store?
