[ND-DC-YA] ND-DC: Legal Expertise Requested!

ND-DC lawyers,

The club is in need of some legal help and we are hoping that one or several of you might be able to assist us!

The club runs a very popular bus service for current students that shuttles them to/from campus and the DC area for fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and spring breaks. It's a great service for our current students and parents and always "sells out" quickly.

However, it's recently been brought to our attention that this bus service could be a liability for the club should a tragic accident or other issue occur during transit.

How can you help??  We are looking for a straightforward "form" that our riders can sign that would absolve the club of any liability if an accident/issue were to arise. We would love it if one of our lawyers could donate their services to craft this form for us.
