Hey there,
A potential app client has asked me to sign an NDA before showing me his requirements. This is fine… I'm just wondering if you guys have any boilerplate agreements you make clients sign to ensure that the client doesn't restrict your ability to develop your own ideas or that prevents the client from claiming ownership of any components that you've developed for their project.
