Hi everyone,
We look forward to seeing you all tonight at DCYP's Annual Meeting and New Member Meet & Greet! We have a full agenda this evening, including breakout groups for providing feedback and new ideas, electing leadership for the new year, voting on revisions to the club bylaws, and of course, socializing and welcoming all our new members to the club!

The meeting will begin right at 6:30pm so feel free to arrive early at 6:15 and network with one another. At 7:30, we will walk over to McFadden's together for the meet & greet portion.
Please remember to bring magazines to donate. We will take them to the service project this Saturday and give them to Food for All's home bound clients.
Attached are the revised bylaws which are up for a vote tonight. I've also included the annual meeting guide for your information.

This meeting is unique as it will include:
- Voting by the membership for: 2013-14 Board of Directors; and changes to club bylaws (see revised bylaws attached)
- Breakout groups for feedback and recommendations on upcoming club activities
- New Member Meet & Greet (At McFadden's immediately following the meeting from 7:30-8:30pm)
- Magazine drive service project: Bring your old magazines to donate to clients of Food for All!
- And of course, socializing and networking with fellow young professionals!

Members are highly encouraged to attend! Come to cast your votes, bring ideas for future events, and help welcome our newest members at the Meet & Greet.

Not a member yet? Officially join DCYP before this meeting in order to participate in voting and be eligible to run for office. The mid-year membership dues rate is currently discounted to $50 and is good through September. If you join now through September 2014, you can save on next year's dues. Join here.
