Re: [NSCoderNightDC] Meeting potentially cancelled for July 30th

Perhaps the pastry chef at La Madelaine can take a few days off now. :)

I can't make it this Tuesday either.  Have a great vacation, Jose and I'll see you all next time!

Hi everyone,

The good news is I'm going on vacation with my family this coming week. The bad news is I'm missing the meeting, and apparently so are a bunch of other people who regularly attend. I've heard of vacation plans, previous plans with wives, I even heard of someone using a cross country relocation as an excuse to miss the meeting :-) (err... I mean :-( we are really sorry to be losing Mark Boszko to the west coast, but we wish him the best at his new job at Omni!!)

Anyways... the point is, I'm aware of enough people missing that I'm worried that those who might decide to show up could be disappointed in the low turn out. So... I suggest that those who feel like meeting anyways reply to this mail so you can all decide if it is still worth holding the meeting or not. I will be gone by Tuesday, but I will try to check my email to see what you all have decided and send an appropriate reminder. In the mean time, enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Jose
