[tfctoastmasters:557] Agenda for TFC Meeting on Wednesday, October 22nd

TFC Toastmasters and Guests:

We are excited about seeing you on Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. at the Viva Center (see directions/instructions below)!  Please feel free to bring a guest with you, as we will have some very interesting speeches.  The Agenda is attached, and thank you to those of you who have volunteered for a role or a speech!

For Wednesday, we still are looking for volunteers to provide the General Evaluation, the speech evaluation of each of the two, planned speeches, the Timekeeper role, and a volunteer to lead the Table Topics session, which will be around the meeting theme of "Never Give Up."  Please email me if you can take one of these roles.

If you have not had an opportunity to pay your dues, this Wednesday is your chance to get caught-up on membership dues.  Please join us on Wednesday, and thank you again for your commitment to the Club, and give yourself a pat on the back for being committed to developing your leadership skills!  If you are unable to attend this Wednesday, please mark your calendars for our next meeting, which will be on November 5th at 6:45 p.m. at the Viva Center (email me if you would like to sign-up for a role or volunteer to give a speech on the 5th).

Entering the Building/Office

Although our street address is 1555 Connecticut Avenue, the building is located between Connecticut and Q Streets, and the entrance is actually on Q Street next to Raku (across from the Firehook Bakery).  

The name of our building is The Anchorage, and there are large gold anchors on the door handles. 

When facing the front door, the tenant listing and call-up box is on the left. Press the "call" button then "03" on the number keypad. 

The Viva Center is located on the 3rd floor. Turn right off the elevator to enter the Sandstone Room.
