We have a room available in our house in Tenleytown (near American University campus) starting Oct. 18th. Current residents are three males: two young professionals and a grad student, from Notre Dame, William and Mary, and Georgetown. Rent is $800 plus utilities, a great deal for the location. Five minute walk to the Tenleytown metro stop (Red Line), two minutes to bus lines to Columbia Heights, Foggy Bottom, and Georgetown, and street parking is always available.
