[tfctoastmasters:544] Talk for Change Club Contest 9/17

Hi Talk for Change Toastmasters,

It's time for the Toastmasters fall contests! This year, the contests will be Table Topics and Tall Tales. Our club contest will take place at our next meeting on September 17. The 1st place winners from our club contest will go to the Area 31 Contest, which will be held September 23. The winners from the Area Contest then go to the Division C Contest (October 1), and those winners then go to the District 36 Conference (Table Topics – November 14, Tall Tales – November 15).

 

To be eligible to compete in any official Toastmasters speech contest, a member must be a member in good standing of the club. 

 

The subject of all Tall Tales contest speeches will be selected by the contestant. The subject of Table Topics speeches will be determined by the contest chair. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to compete or to serve in any of the supporting contest roles at our next meeting.
