[anc6c04] DPW TO DISTRIBUTE SANDBAGS TODAY AT RFK STADIUM, LOT 7

Good Afternoon,

 

In response to flooding conditions last night and the possibility of further flooding with the rains today, the DC Department of Public Works will make sandbags available to District residents today, Friday, July 20 starting at 2 pm at RFK Stadium, Lot 7.   Residents may take up to five sandbags, which weigh approximately 40 lbs. each.  DPW employees will distribute the sandbags through 11 pm tonight.
