Re: [NSCoderNightDC] Meeting visits Capital One on feb 18

I'll be there. I realize I'm some sort of freak for preferring thin-crust, but there it is.

Wow. Fantastic!  Between weather and work I haven't been able to make it in 3 weeks.  Capital One is right down the street though.  I can definitely make it, though perhaps not right at 7.

My only pizza request would be no mushrooms or anchovy.

BTW - great talk by the Capital One group yesterday at MoDev!

Hi everybody,

I hope you're having a good weekend. Ben Coffman has been coming to our meetings the last couple of weeks, and he has arranged with his employer (Capital One) to host an NSCoder Night DC meeting. We brought this up near the end of last meeting, most of those in attendance thought it would be cool to give it a try.

So, on February 18 (That's a tuesday, not next week, but the week after that) we are going to meet at the new Capital One joint near Tyson's Corner Mall. I don't have the exact directions to give you at this moment, but I'll make those available as soon as I can.

At the moment, the new Silver line has not yet been opened, so you can't quite ride the Metro to the meeting. If any of you are interested, let me know, and I can arrange a pickup at the Vienna (or perhaps Dunn Loring) stop.

Oh!! and lest I forget, Capital One will graciously be providing pizza. Do you guys have any preferences (favorite shop? favorite toppings?) How about we do this... If you think you can make it on the 18th, reply to this message with a yes or a no and at least one favorite topping(s). That way we'll have both a head count and an idea of what to order.

I really hope you can make it, it's a really nice set up they have there, and it should be a fun night for all.

Jose
