Field Day! June 14th

It’s that time of the year again!***Fun, Field, and FOOD!

Parent Chaperones are needed for Field Day! Four parents per Early Childhood classroom (Pre School, Pre Kinder, and Kinder) and 3 parents per Upper School Classroom (1^st -3^rd ) are needed. If you are interested in chaperoning you must have a Field Trip Background Check completed and contact Mrs. Warren (202)298-2838 or awarren@dcprep.org

There will be a mandatory meeting for all parent Chaperones JUNE 5^th at 430pm.

Field day is an “on-site” field trip and attendance and punctuality requirements apply. Preppies must have outstanding attendance AND punctuality in the weeks leading up to field day. Specifically: Preppies may be absent (excused or unexcused) and/or tardy no more than 1 day from May 20-June 12.

The Parent Action Team is asking for families to donate the following items according to grade level. Donations will be collected June 5^th-12^th.

Preschool-Buns	Pre Kinder-Buns	Kindergarten 8oz bottles of water
1st Grade Individual Bags of Chips	2nd Grade 100% beef or turkey dogs	3rd Grade 100% beef or turkey dogs
