There is still time to sign up for the workshop, "Anthropological Entrepreneurship: Contradiction or Reality?" The workshop is scheduled for this Wednesday (Nov. 29) from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Marriott Wardman Park. The workshop will review critical issues to consider when thinking about becoming an independent consultant or starting a small company. As a bonus, a roundtable with a special panel of anthropological entrepreneurs will be featured in the second half of the workshop.
The workshop is led by Terry Redding (Independent consultant) and Benjamin Blount (Principal of SocioEcological Informatics). The roundtable panel will include Mari Clarke (World Bank consultant), Judy Tso (Aha Solutions Unlimited), Maryann McCabe (Cultural Connections LLC), Elizabeth Briody (Cultural Keys, LLC), and Michael Youngblood (The Youngblood Group).
