LOOKING FOR PERMANENT HOUSING

*** 10/2 Hey! I'm looking for a room in DC starting October 1st. I graduated from ND in 2014 and am an architect/urban designer moving to the city at the end of the month for a new job and to be closer to my family. I'm looking to find an apartment with access to the red line since I'll be commuting out to Bethesda. I'm up for moving into an existing place or finding an apartment with someone. I'm a respectful and clean roommate, and would have no problem keeping the common areas clean. I'll be pretty busy with work during the week and usually hit the gym after work, but am definitely up for sharing a beer or glass of wine with my housemates and chatting about our days. One other thing, I do have a small cat. Her name is Bella, and she is only about 7 lbs and very quiet and calm. If that was a concern in any way though, she could stay in my room the majority of the time, but she is very sweet and barely makes a noise. If you have an available room, just shoot me an e-mail at erica.ridlon@gmail.com. Thanks!***

*** 9/5 My name is Kevin Culligan, and I'm a recent graduate (class of '17) from Notre Dame. I'm starting a job in McLean, VA in a few weeks, so I'm looking for a male roommate in the Washington, D.C. area. Anyone interested can reach out to me at kcullig1@alumni.nd.edu. ***

*** 9/5 Hello, I am a 2017 ND grad moving to the DC area in September. I am working in downtown DC, but I am open to living in both DC and Virginia. I would prefer a female roommate with access to a metro station.  I am a organized, easy going person who is guilty of watching too much Netflix. Please email me at stakahat@alumni.nd.edu if you know of any opportunities. Thanks!***

*** 8/17 Hey Everyone! This is Terrence, class of '95. Go IRISH! I'm transitioning back to the area after some years away and looking for a room to rent (with a bathroom) near Logan Circle. I want to keep costs low and only spend $500 a month on the room if possible. I have family in the area and am staying with them while I sort through job opportunities (e.g. legislative research analysis) in the area. I am a great high character and low drama roommate. Please email me at tporterdc@outlook.com if you know of any opportunities. Thank you and Be Richly Blessed! Terrence***

My roommate graduated from Boston College, but I like her anyway. Here is her "about me": "My name is Linsey. I am 35 years old. I am a former high school English teacher and I now work for an education non-profit in DC. I recently moved back to the DMV after living in Brooklyn, NY for the last seven years. As far as sharing an apartment, I like to keep the common areas neat. I definitely always clean up after I cook and I take on my share of the cleaning with the other common areas. I am friendly and enjoy catching up with my roommate, but I also appreciate having alone time, so I can adapt either way depending on my roommate's personality." If this sounds like it would be a good fit, email eflores2@alumni.nd.edu***
