 HAS A ROOM/APARTMENT AVAILABLE

***  1/1/16 My roommate just got offered a job, and will be looking to move out sometime in January or early February. Rent is $1075/month plus utilities. You will have the second bedroom, which has substantial closet space and a good amount of light. We share a bathroom, a kitchen, and common space The apartment has a full kitchen, a TV with cable, and a nice couch/seating area. We are a 1 minute walk from the G2 and G8 bus lines, and a 7 minute walk from the Shaw metro stop and the 70 and 79 bus lines. We're very close to restaurants and bars in Shaw (2 min walk), Bloomingdale (4 minute walk) and U street (8 minute walk), and our street is well-lit and very safe. Landlords live upstairs and have been very quick about responding to any concerns. I would be your roommate - I'm a federal employee and outside of work I like to go to the gym, train my martial art, volunteer with a dog rescue group and explore our lovely little city. Please email me at nicolemmichels@gmail.com if you or anyone else is interested.***
