As a club, we have an exciting year ahead of us, countless opportunties to get involved and make an impact in our community and expand our circles of friends! To start, join us at our January Happy Hour, which also happens to be Trivia Night at Buffalo Billiards this Wednesday. Come out to show off some random knowledge, or just enoy great company and happy hour specials!  We also invite you to volunteer at our MLK Weekend Project at Tyler Elementary School, a school many of us have enjoyed working with in the past.  All the details for these events are below. Hope to see you soon! Upcoming Events​ Hour Meet & Trivia Night at Buffalo Billiards (NEW!) Where: Buffalo Billiards, 1330 19th St NW When: Wednesday, January 13 (6:30pm-8:30pm) Metro: Dupont Circle Join for our January happy hour and trivia night with other DC Young Professionals. Find out about upcoming events and enjoy great specials. Also plan to stick around for Wednesday night trivia starting at 7:30pm. To find us, just look for the red balloon. RSVP on Meetup and invite friends via Facebook! MLK Day of Service at Tyler Elementary (NEW!) Where: John Tyler Elementary School, 1001 G St SE When: Saturday, January 16 (9:00am-1:00pm) Metro: Eastern Market Volunteer with us at Tyler Elementary School on MLK weekend in recogntion of Dr. King's legacy and spirit for volunteerism. DCYP has enjoyed volunteering at Tyler Elementary many times for DC Public School's Beautification Day and other times throughout the year and they've asked us to come help out again. Volunteers are needed to help with touch up painting around the school, organizing closets and other minor handy work. We hope you can join us!
