Thanks to everyone who came out to the baseball game on Tuesday despite the weather. As a result of the rain cancellation, the baseball game has been re-scheduled for Monday, August 4. Those of you who purchased tickets will be able to use them for the August 4 game. If you would like to exchange your tickets for a different game, you can simply make an exchange at the box office or mail your tickets in to:

DC CATHOLIC SUMMER THEOLOGY ON TAP (7/15- 8/12 )
DCCatholic presents its Summer TED-talk inspired Theology on Tap series: "TOT Talks: Stories worth Spreading"! Join us Tuesday evenings July 15-August 12 at the Catholic Information Center Rooftop, 1501 K St. NW. All young adults are invited for Happy Hour from 6-7pm with a talk and Q/A to follow from 7-8pm. Topics include: Beyond Networking: Fostering Authentic Friendships, Art and the Search for God, In Faith & Start-ups: There is no self-made man and MORE! ND-DC SUMMER SEND-OFF PICNIC (7/19)
Please join us for our annual ND-DC Summer Send-off on Saturday, July 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The picnic event will be held at the Hanley Center at Georgetown Prep (10900 Rockville Pike, Bethesda). We are welcoming a large incoming class of freshmen this year, so we hope you will be able to help us welcome them to the Notre Dame family. There is no cost for this event, but please RSVP to Amy Walker (amy.lauren.walker@gmail.com) so we can make the appropriate food/beverage accommodations.
ND-DC YOUNG ALUMNI BOAT CRUISE (8/2)
You're invited to a Night on the Potomac with ND-DC Young Alumni!
When: Saturday, August 2
Where: Washington Harbor, Georgetown (31st & K St NW)
Time: 7:30 - 11 pm
Put on your party shoes and join us for an elegant evening on the Potomac! ND-DC-YA is hosting a private three-hour cruise, complete with hors d'oeuvres and an open bar for the first two hours (the third hour will be a cash bar). Cocktail attire encouraged (but nautical-themed pashmina afghans won't be turned away). Spots are limited, so buy your tickets now!

ND-DC BASEBALL OUTING RESCHEDULED (8/4)
The July 8 Nationals vs. Orioles game has been re-scheduled for Monday, August 4 at 7:05 pm. Those of you who already purchased tickets will be able to use them for the August 4 game. For those attending the game, we will once again organize a meet-up in the Fairgrounds (near the stage) an hour before the game starts. Stop by and mingle with other alums before heading into the ball game.

ONWARD PROVIDES RESOURCES FOR ALUMNI CAREER DEVELOPMENT
The ONWARD website (http://alumni.nd.edu/career) provides a variety of tools for job seekers, as well as those alumni who are looking to network with each other. The site includes job postings, seminars and webinars on various career topics, links to useful articles and access to the alumni mentor program.
