DCYP is very excited to be back working with the Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, this time for the annual Lotus & Water Lily Cultural Festival. Part of the National Park Service, Kenilworth Park & Aquatic Gardens preserves a plethora of rare water lilies and lotuses in the cultivated ponds near the river. All are welcome to enjoy this wonderful day-long event filled with blooms, music, crafts, food trucks, and more! For the Aquatic Gardens, exit the Deanwood Stop on the Orange Line, lower Polk Street Exit. Contact dcyp.service@gmail.com with questions and to RSVP.
