ND-DC & ND-MD BASEBALL OUTING (7/8)
Join the ND Clubs of DC and Maryland for a night at the ballpark! The Nationals will be hosting the Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday, July 8 at 7:05 p.m. The Nationals have agreed to donate $5 to the Notre Dame Club of Washington D.C. Scholarship fund for all tickets bought using this link: www.nationals.com/ndclub. We've reserved three levels of tickets, with prices starting at just $14. Register today to take advantage of these low prices before tickets sell out!
For those attending the game, we're organizing a meet-up in the Fairgrounds (near the stage) an hour before the game starts. Stop by and mingle with other alums before heading into the ball game.
ND WOMEN CONNECT WINE TASTING CLASS (7/9)
Join us for a wine tasting at Flight Wine Bar on Wednesday, July 9 at 6:30 pm. The class will start with a sparkling wine and a bite to eat, and will then proceed to a tasting of three wines (half pours) paired with three bites. The focus of the class is to make the world of wine accessible and less complicated.

Cost: $35/person + tax and gratuity, payable at the event

JULY YOUNG ADULT MASS W/ CARDINAL MCCARRICK (7/10)
Join us for our monthly Young Adult Mass:Christ in the City, at Immaculate Conception Parish on July 10. This month we welcome the former Archbishop of Washington, Cardinal Theodore McCarrick. Mass begins at 7pm with Adoration and Confession offered starting at 6:00pm. We will also have pizza and beer with him in the rectory garden after Mass. DC CATHOLIC SUMMER THEOLOGY ON TAP (7/15- 8/12 )
DCCatholic presents its Summer TED-talk inspired Theology on Tap series: "TOT Talks: Stories worth Spreading"! Join us Tuesday evenings July 15-August 12 at the Catholic Information Center Rooftop, 1501 K St. NW. All young adults are invited for Happy Hour from 6-7pm with a talk and Q/A to follow from 7-8pm. Topics include: Beyond Networking: Fostering Authentic Friendships, Art and the Search for God, In Faith & Start-ups: There is no self-made man and MORE! ND-DC SUMMER SEND-OFF PICNIC (7/19)
Please join us for our annual ND-DC Summer Send-off on Saturday, July 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The picnic event will be held at the Hanley Center at Georgetown Prep (10900 Rockville Pike, Bethesda). We are welcoming a large incoming class of freshmen this year, so we hope you will be able to help us welcome them to the Notre Dame family. There is no cost for this event, but please RSVP to Amy Walker (amy.lauren.walker@gmail.com) so we can make the appropriate food/beverage accommodations.
SAVE THE DATE FOR THE ND-DC BOAT CRUISE (8/2)
The votes are in and we've selected August 2 for the ND-DC Boat Cruise. Details are still to be determined, but expect a 2-3 hour evening boat cruise including drinks and light refreshments. We expect tickets to cost around $60/person. Expect more details soon on how to purchase tickets.
ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
If you became a member last year and would like to continue, then please renew it as your membership will expire on July 1. If you have not yet become a member, please consider it because your support is incredibly important to our club. As a reminder, you can register for your membership online. ONWARD PROVIDES RESOURCES FOR ALUMNI CAREER DEVELOPMENT
The ONWARD website (http://alumni.nd.edu/career) provides a variety of tools for job seekers, as well as those alumni who are looking to network with each other. The site includes job postings, seminars and webinars on various career topics, links to useful articles and access to the alumni mentor program.
