It's hard to believe that no more than three years ago, Anant Corporation was starting off as an "internet architecture & strategy" firm. Over the last two full years of operation, we've grown in dimensions seen and unseen. We are proud today to continue to move towards our purpose and mission with committed team members and grateful clients. Our clients' feedback and constructive criticism has helped us to improve our Products and Services.

MILESTONES
Over the year, we:
• Experience - Used our past experiences to focus, prioritize, and improve our service.
◦ Focused - Decided to focus on Internet Architecture Practice to deliver a singular Client Service that helps our clients create new internet technology to grow, or leverage existing internet technology to be more efficient.
◦ Prioritized - Carefully evaluated and prioritized our Anant, Client, and Mastery goals from the company down to every individual in the firm. See Rahul's Webinar.
◦ Improved - Defined and refined our Sales and Service Processes into a singular pipeline.
• Innovation - Added internal and external innovations to our products.
◦ Introduced Development Operations internally and into our Client Service (Source Control, Continuous Integration, Automated Deployments)
◦ Created the Appleseed Search Framework to transform dumb databases into smart knowledge through a proprietary knowledge discovery engine.
◦ Created the Appleseed Scheduling Framework to schedule and execute heavy data aggregation, organization, curation, and indexing tasks that can be scaled on the Cloud.
◦ Took ownership of several open source projects to enhance to our Appleseed Portal Framework
• Knowledge - Continued to progress towards thought leadership in modern entrepreneurship.
◦ Authored a Study: Modern Enterprise : Business of Business Today - Revision 1 is available to clients. Revision 2 is in progress.
◦ Delivered Modern Enterprise Workshop to 12 Entrepreneurs

Some ideas to come in 2014.
• Anant Labs - Physical space for promising ideas with events and workshops on Internet Architecture and Modern Enterprise practices we use at Anant Corporation.
• Recommendation Program - We have grown through happy customers recommending us to their colleagues. We've always rewarded those who've helped us now we're creating an ongoing referral program let our friends and colleauges spread the word about our works.
• Bi-Weekly Releases - Our flagship product will be released bi-weekly to showcase our automated Application Lifecycle Management methods which we are rolling out to our clients.
Client Service - Solving the Knowledge and Relationship Problem with Intelligence
What works? What doesn't? What can we improve? Those are the questions we have asked every one we encounter in our business conversations. When we took an inventory of our successes and failures we realized that we were disproportionately better at delivering knowledge, experience, and innovation related to creating new technologies and helping companies run their companies on the Internet.
As CTOs, we help our clients solve difficult problems that hinder them from being better for their clients and customers and increase their top line. As CIOs, we help our clients manage their enterprise on the internet and increase the bottom line.
Even though we can help many clients, we have carefuly chosen to solve specific technology problems and work for select group of clients. As we have focused, we have become more efficient, increased our quality of service, and ultimately provided a better client service. Next year, we will deepen our internal discipline and focus yet again.
Over the last few years, we have provided subject matter expertise in Content Management Systems, CRM, Software as a Service, Databases, Software, Information, and Systems to our clients. In 2014, we will be concentrating on the most difficult problems related to Content and Contact information to solve the most difficult problems in information technology: How to leverage Knowledge and Relationships to further the mission of the organization.
