ND BUSINESS GRADS NETWORKING EVENT (TONIGHT!) - UPDATED VENUE

Calling all ND alums working in business or previous Mendoza grads! Please join us for a happy hour tonight at Tony and Joe's in Georgetown from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. There will be some ND MBAs in town, so we're having a happy hour for them to network with those of us in the business world in the area. For any questions, please contact carly.dacosta@jpmorgan.com. ND-DC CAREER NIGHT (1/14)
Join us for the ND Club of DC's annual Career Night on Tuesday, January 14th from 6-8 PM at the law offices of Jones Day at 51 Louisiana Ave NW.
This year's event will feature industry "zones" with local ND alumni present to shed light on recent industry trends, provide some guidance on hiring practices and answer any questions you have. Recruiters and HR personnel will be present to speak with you about current hiring practices and strategies for success. Industries that will be represented include Architecture, Government, Law, Finance, Consulting, IT, and Education/Non-profit.
Light appetizers and drinks will be available. In order to cover costs, there will be a nominal fee of $10 for ND Club of DC Members and $15 for non Club Members. Sign up here if you plan to attend.
ND BASKETBALL GAME WATCHES
Looking to watch Notre Dame basketball games with fellow alums this season? Join us at Buffalo Billiards at 1330 19th St NW near Dupont Circle to view the games. Go Irish!

ND MEN'S BASKETBALL VS. MARYLAND (1/15)
The men's basketball team plays Maryland on Wednesday, January 15th at 7 PM at the University of Maryland / College Park Comcast Center. This is Maryland's last year as part of the ACC so this may be our final opportunity to catch the men's team in the DC area. Tickets are still available and can be purchased through the University of Maryland website. Ticket prices range from $48.50 to $59. Purchase tickets here.
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY (1/18)
Join fellow ND Alum and other volunteers from around the city for DC Catholic Charities Cup of Joe event at the SHARE Warehouse on the 18th of January in Hyattsville, MD. Cup of Joe is a breakfast pack program serving the men and women at Catholic Charities' homeless shelters throughout the Archdiocese of Washington. Volunteers will be preparing breakfast packages for the 1,300+ people who stay at these homeless shelters every night. You can sign up below but please email Katie Hughes (kmhughes5@gmail.com) once you have so we have a list of all of the ND participants.

ND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL VS. MARYLAND (1/27)
The #2 ranked, undefeated (11-0), women's basketball team plays Maryland on Monday, January 27th at 7 PM at the University of Maryland / College Park Comcast Center. This is Maryland's last year as part of the ACC so this may be our final opportunity to catch the women's team in our area. Game tickets can be purchased through the University of Maryland website. The Maryland ND Alumni Club has purchased a block of tickets in Section 126. So if you want to sit near other ND fans, purchase your tickets in this section or one nearby. Tickets are $13 in this section. Tickets are also available in other sections for just $6. Purchase tickets here.
