[wapadc] Praxis reception at AAA on Friday

Hi WAPistas:

Join us this Friday evening in Chicago for a special practitioner reception, cosponsored by WAPA, NAPA, and COPAA (Consortium of Practicing and Applied Anthropology programs), as part of the Praxis Award ceremony.

The presentation of the Praxis Award will immediately follow the NAPA Business Meeting, scheduled for Friday (November 22) from 6:15-8:15 pm. The business meeting will also include presentation of the NAPA Student Awards.

The special reception will follow the meeting and award presentations.  Join us for tasty hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. The meeting and reception are planned for the Michigan Room up on the 8^th floor of the Hilton.

Since many WAPA folks are not on this list, please forward this message to others or tell them about it while in Chicago! This is a great opportunity to promote WAPA and the Praxis Award.
