Hi Mrs. Brooks,

Can you make a form for the candy grams? The candy grams will be from adult to child. The form would need the following:

Child's name, grade, homeroom

Parent or adult name (whoever is sending the candy gram)

Space for a note to the child 

If you can fit it on a half sheet that would be ideal. I would need it by Friday. Thanks.

Good Morning Parents and Families,

As you may know we have a school dance on Feb 14^th. We need to advertise the fashion show, candy grams, and dance ASAP!

·         I need a volunteer to compose a flyer that will be distributed on Monday 2/4. The flyer needs to be emailed to me by 2/1 (this Friday).

·         Our next meeting is Feb 6^th at 5:30 in the Main Office Conference room (where we met last month).

·         Attached you will find information about a soccer league. If you are interested please contact Tom on the flyer and let Ms. Pillion know.

Remember you are our best advertiser. So remember to spread the word!
