[wapadc] Postponed: WAPA Virtual Networking

A few weeks ago I announced the WAPA virtual networking hour on December 4th. I am sorry but this event will need to be postponed. When a new date is selected for the virtual networking, I will send out details. 

In 2025 there will hopefully be another in-person networking/social gathering at a restaurant in the DC area. We had one in Northern Virginia in 2024 so will shift it to DC or Maryland for the next one.
