All are welcome for this quick meeting at the Southeast Library followed by a meet and greet at the Banana Cafe. If you've been to a few events and are considering joining officially, now is the perfect time to get involved! When: Tuesday, March 22 (6:30-8:30 PM) Metro: Eastern Market Whether you're a first timer, a seasoned Kiwanian, or a new member ready to get more involved, the quarterly Meeting and New Member Meet & Greet has something for everyone! Kiwanis One Day of Service 2016  (NEW!!) Where: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School (3200 6th Street, SE) When: Saturday, April 2 (9:00 AM-12:00 PM) Metro: Congress Heights Kiwanis members serve their communities all year long. But the excitement for service really builds in April each year when Kiwanis members come together for Kiwanis One Day—a day of community service that is felt around the world. On this year's Kiwanis One Day, DCYP is teaming up with the rest of the Kiwanis Family for a school beautification project at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School.
