[tfctoastmasters:629] IMPORTANT: June 17th Meeting - Nominations for Elections and Other Meeting Opportunities

TFC Toastmasters -  (important information about Elections and the meeting)

We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting, on Wednesday, June 17th, at 6:45 p.m. at the Viva Center!  We will be having a regularly scheduled meeting, with speakers and Table Topics, but we will also be holding our yearly Elections.  We currently have 10 active members, and 7 Officer Roles, so we really encourage you to be a part of the Officer group and sign-up, so that we can all support the club in any way we can!  We are seeking to fill the following roles:  President, VP of Education, VP of  Membership, VP of Public Relations, Club Secretary, Club Treasurer, and Sergeant at Arms.  We encourage each of you to consider taking a leadership role in the club, and we kindly invite you to nominate yourself, or other members, for any of the Officer Roles.

Nominations - For your convenience, we attached a PDF file that describes the Officer Duties.  Feel free to review the roles, and if you are interested in nominating yourself or someone else for a role, please email the current Officers (which includes myself, Jill Vanderweit, Mark Wills, and Andrey Shevchenko).  Our emails are specifically noted in the "cc" line of this email.  You can email just one of the officers, a few of us, or all of us, just so long as one of us knows that you're interested in being an Officer.

Speaking/Roles @ Meeting - We also have both speaking opportunities and role opportunities at the June 17th meeting.  If you are interested in being a Speaker and/or taking a role (i.e., Toastmaster of the Evening, Grammarian, Timer, etc.), please sign-up for the role by visiting the Google Docs page and entering the information:
