Amanda Upcoming Events​ Annual Elections Meeting and New Member Meet & Greet Where: Southeast Neighborhood Library (403 7th St SE) When: Tuesday, June 23, (6:30 - 8:30pm)  Metro: Eastern Market (Orange / Blue / Silver)  Members and guests, kick off the summer with DCYP! This annual meeting is unique as it will include: voting by YOU (the members) for the 2015-16 Board of Directors; updates on summer projects and social events; new member meet & greet at Molly Malone's following the meeting; and as always, great socializing and networking with fellow young professionals. Where: Storey Park (1005 First Street, NE) When: Wednesday, July 1, (7:45 - 10:30 PM) Metro: Union Station or NoMa-Gallaudet (Red)  Uh oh, those summer nights! We're headed to NoMa Summer Screen to watch everyone's favorite summer musical, "Grease." Bring a chair, picnic food/drink, blankets, etc. and maybe a leather jacket. You can also grab a snack at one of the food trucks: Popped! Republic, Red Hook Lobster Pound, Healthy Fool, Federal City Bros and Pleasant Pops. We'll meet right at Storey Park -- look out for the red balloon! So you've come to a few events and decided that DCYP Kiwanis is the club for you. Fantastic! We would love to officially welcome you at our next meeting and treat you to your first round at the New Member Meet & Greet on June 23. By joining before this meeting, you will be eligible to vote in the board elections, or even run for a board position.  Dues are $90 per year and renew each September.
