LOOKING FOR PERMANENT HOUSING

*** 12/26 Hi everyone, I am a male 22 yr old 2018 grad moving to the area in late January/early February. I am looking for an available room or a roommate in the Ballston/Clarendon areas of Arlington or surrounding area.  My main criteria is proximity to the Silver line, as I will be working in Tysons.  My price range is flexible, looking at 1000-1400 depending on the location and amenities. The best way to reach me is at pwelborn@alumni.nd.edu  Thanks, Patrick.***

*** 11/12 Hi everyone, I'm a female '16 grad, and recently moved back to the DC area and I'm looking for a roommate/available room (DC proper preferred), close to the metro. I am flexible on a move-in date as I have temporary housing, so anytime from November to February would work! Please reach out if you have a room/need a roommate, or know of anyone who does. Thank you! (hosullivan94@gmail.com)***

HAS A ROOM/APARTMENT AVAILABLE

***(NEW) 1/22 Hi Everyone. I'm Rohit Fonseca '18. I've just been transferred abroad for one year and would (ideally) like for someone to fill in my lease until I tentatively return in January 2020 although this is no means a requirement and you could permanently fill my spot. We have a great setup in Rosslyn with a 3 bed/2.5bath townhouse, deck, small backyard, grill, renovated kitchen, (you would live with 2 ND'18 Male roommates) 10 minute walk to the rosslyn metro. Very centrally located with short uber/metro time to either clarendon/ballston VA or into DC.  Room would be fully furnished (Full bed, chest of drawers, closet) Depending on which room you take (various bathroom setups) and for how long (permanent, a few months, etc) we could work out rent in the upper 900 to 1200 range (which would include all amenities and parking). Since our lease ends in August we can be very flexible with temporary housing until then. Please contact Rohit +1 (941) 932-0932 (whatsapp only after 1/25) or rfonseca@alumni.nd.edu***

About Me: I am a 30-year-old, have lived in DC for 6 years and I work at an international Catholic nonprofit in Brookland. I am compassionate, friendly, clean and laidback. I love volunteering, traveling (Latin America hold a special spot in my heart), being active (playing sports, running, hiking, biking, doing anything outdoors), and most of all, I love going on spontaneous adventures. I enjoy going to different cultural events, street festivals, paint nights, and happy hours with friends, but I also enjoy a more relaxing night in. I am also involved with the young adult group at my church so am often helping with different events for that. I am interested in getting to know my roommates and creating a sense of community in the apartment.
