Rock Creek Park is a short walk away (0.7 mi), and free public tennis courts are just up the street.
About me: Mid-20s professional woman originally from Dallas, Texas. I have lived in this apartment for the last year and love the area! I am fairly laid-back and clean, with the exception of a dirty dish or two left in the sink overnight. I typically work regular hours (9-5) during the week and try to spend my weekends out doing things or traveling, but I also enjoy hanging out at home, hosting friends, and watching TV (mostly Scandal and Jeopardy!... I really should branch out more).
You: Tidy, respectful, open communicator. Women preferred, but all are welcome to inquire about the space. Please contact Connie or Nicole with a few sentences about yourself (how long you've been in the DMV area, where you're from, if you're looking for short- or long-term housing, your occupation, what a compatible roommate would be like for you, pets, etc.) and any questions that you may have for me!
