[TalkForChange:691] Club contest dates

Dear club officers,

I heard back from Capital City Speakers - they will discuss the joint contest idea at their meeting tomorrow and let us know.

Question: Assuming they agree - do people have a preference for dates, e.g. either Sept 7, 14, or 21? When are people most likely to be able to participate (as organizers/judges/contestants)? Thanks.
