We're looking for a progressive young professional to move in any time in September, but by October 1. The house is 2 blocks from Wisconsin and M, so it's convenient to all of Georgetown and a short Circulator (or about 5 other bus options) ride from the Rosslyn, Foggy Bottom or Dupont Metro stops. It's spacious with lots of communal living space (a huge living room, large dining room and kitchen). We have a schedule to fairly apportion garbage and chore duties. The house has a washer and dryer, a yard (with a garden), a basement for storage, and an available parking spot. We already have the common areas and bedroom fully furnished (if desired). The rent is $1050 per month, plus utilities, which usually run $140-175 per month. The lease will run through May 31, 2017. About You: We're looking for a non-smoking, late 20s to early 30s woman who is progressive, friendly and social. ***6/21 My name is Jennifer and I live in a studio apartment high-rise in Silver Spring, MD. It's located in the Enclave Apartment complex with pool, gym, tennis courts, washer/dryer on each floor. There's a bus stop right outside the apartment that takes you to the Silver Spring metro (WMATA). The apartment is a studio with three "rooms." There is a large room with a small kitchen in a separate "cove" to the side with a fridge, oven, and stove. There's also a walk-in closet and bathroom "cove" to the side as well. Rent is approximately $1200 including utilities and all amenities. Looking for someone to take over my lease starting July 1st through mid-October (then you can start your own if you wish!)
