I wanted to share with the list a posting of mine that recently appeared on the Health Affairs blog:

The Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model has been widely promoted as a panacea for the problems of primary care. In this piece I make the argument that the model undermines some of the core values of clinical care and has implications for social justice.
