[wapadc] Bogus gutter cleaning

Hi folks,

Note that you may have seen messages about gutter cleaning etc. recently. As you may suspect, these are spam, but unfortunately we don't have a way to remove the offender from the list. Do not feel obliged to get in on the group gutter cleaning or whatever is being offered.
