[TalkForChange:697] Bi-annual dues reminder

Dear fellow Talk For Change Toastmasters,

It's that time of the half-year again. This is a reminder about bi-annual dues (covering the April 1 - September 30 period). 

I'll be sending out invoices via PayPal, but you will also have the option to pay by check. Since we are not having in-person meetings, the latter would need to be sent by mail. If that is your preference, please let me know.
