LOOKING FOR PERMANENT HOUSING

***(NEW) 3/7  Hello Everyone! I am a graduate of class of 2016 in aerospace engineering. I am moving from Houston to the DC area for a new job in Tysons Corner. I am looking for a place in the Ballston/Virginia Square/Clarendon/Courthouse area of Arlington but really open to any area of DC that is a fun, metro accessible, and puts me <45 mins away from Tysons Corner. Looking for a place that is around $1000 a month with rent and utilities included with a parking space. Open to living with females only but any number of roommates. My start date is April 30th and I plan to fly to DC April 10th so a move in date around then would be ideal. Please email me at madelineo808@gmail.com if you have something available. Thanks!***
