Address is 1555 Connecticut Avenue, NW, 3rd Floor, Washington, DC, 20036 Entering the Building/Office Although our street address is 1555 Connecticut Avenue, the building is located between Connecticut and Q Streets, and the entrance is actually on Q Street next to Raku (across from the Firehook Bakery).   The name of our building is The Anchorage, and there are large gold anchors on the door handles.  When facing the front door, the tenant listing and call-up box is on the left. Press the "call" button then "03" on the number keypad.  The Viva Center is located on the 3rd floor. Turn right off the elevator to enter the Sandstone Room.
