Hey all,

I got a ticket to Çingleton, but I'm no longer able to go.

Does anyone on this list want to buy it from me, through the Çingleton folks?

Thanks,

Billlions in proven reserves just found

Dear Investor,

Every once in a while a ridiculous deal presents itself. IRMGF (or inspiration miniing corporation) is a junior miining company that has properties in Ontario, Utah and Chile and has just found massive reserves of nickel, copper platinum and other rare metals. Walstreet is about to start buying up shares in IRMGF this very quickly as it is so cheap right now trading at just under 10cents. I expect to see this hit a dollar next week. Move quickly.

[NSCoderNightDC] Our fate for tonight

A priest asked the Master, "What is fate?"

The Master answered:
It is that which gives a beast of burden its reason for existence.

It is that which men in formertimes had to bear upon their backs.

It is that which has caused nations to build byways from City to City upon which carts and coaches pass, and alongside which inns have come to be built to stave off Hunger, Thirst and Weariness.

"And that is fate?" said the priest.

"Fate... I thought you said Freight", responded the Master.

"That's all right" said the priest, "I wanted to know about Freight too."

Same as always, la Madeleine near the Bethesda metro station around 7:00p. Pastry o'clock will be observed.

***My friend/colleague, Sarah, at Peace Corps is subletting her studio for the month of September, at which point the subletter can renew for a year, 6 mo, or month-to-month. It's at Westbrooke Place on 23rd and N St NW, a ten minute walk from Georgetown and the DuPont and Foggy Bottom metro stations. $1855/mo, ~588 sq ft. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Walk-in closet and extra coat closet. Bonus features (!!): The apartment complex has free breakfast every morning, free coffee and beverages at any time of day, a brand new gym and pool, beautiful rooftop with grills, lounge chairs, and tables, free newspaper daily, and a lounge room with TV and wifi. More info, per Sarah: It comes fully furnished with option to purchase the items. I have absolutely loved living there- you can't beat the location, and while the rent is pricey, it's pretty average and even cheap for the area, and all of the amenities (i.e. not having to pay a gym membership) make up for it. The area is very safe- I am a girl in my mid-twenties and never felt nervous walking home at night. If I wasn't moving out of DC I would never give it up. Email smreed15@gmail.com ***

***I'm new to the ND DC Young Alumni group (class of 2012)--I just moved to DC in Feb. I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a studio apartment in Logan Circle. It has brand new kitchen appliances, huge walk-in closet, optional washer/dryer either in apartment or on floor. Rent is $1786 plus around $50 for utilities and is located right next to Whole Foods and plenty of P street bars/restaurants. It's an amazing space and location, but I am trying to move to be closer to work in NE--spending too much time in the car each day. The apartment would be available mid to late August, and the least goes until January (but can be extended).  Please contact me at clare.m.parks@gmail.com if interested.***
