It's spacious with lots of communal living space (a huge living room, large dining room and kitchen). We have a schedule to fairly apportion garbage and chore duties. The house has a washer and dryer, a yard (with a garden), a basement for storage, and an available parking spot. We already have the common areas and bedroom fully furnished (if desired).
