[dcyp] Fright Night at the Museum Tonight!

Hi, DCYPers!

To continue the Halloween spirit after our Halloween Carnival last week, we're inviting everyone to join us at Fright Night at the Museum - DC's premiere haunted house located inside the already spooky Crime Museum. Check out the chilling details below:

"The Crime Museum's Haunted House is nothing like you have ever experienced. Imagine being alone, standing next to an electric chair that took the lives of hundreds of inmates, after hours, in the dark. You may think you can handle it, but at every turn you are faced with the dreadful descision…do I keep going? Your heart rate increases, you can't take the intense pressure. Fright at the Museum will leave you standing in your tracks unable to move forward."

Tickets are normally $30, but there's a deal to save $10 instantly on the website by signing up below:

http://www.crimemuseum.org/fright-at-the-museum

We'll be attending for the 7PM start time, and hope to see some of you there! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us back and we're happy to help. We're planning to meet outside the main entrance a little before 7, but if you plan to attend shoot me an email and we can swap numbers to help us find each other. Hope to see you there!

- Carly

***I'm looking for a Female roommate to rent the Master Bedroom in my Crystal Towers Apartment. Rent would be about $1200/month with utilities. The room is available immediately. The complex is a highrise, 1/2 block away from the Crystal City metro, across the street from Crystal City Shops, there is a Costco 0.4 miles away and Pentagon City Mall is 0.8 miles away (one metro stop). The building itself has a 24-hour Fitness Center, Pool, Business Center, Convenience Store, and Garage Parking. The room is unfurnished, but there seem to be quite a few people in the building who are moving and looking to sell furniture for cheap. Please see the links below for more information about Crystal Towers or Crystal City Shops. Email kmcglyn3@jhu.edu or call 618-741-5959 if interested. http://www.thecrystalcityshops.com/ http://www.crystaltowersapartments.com ***

***I'm new to the ND DC Young Alumni group (class of 2012)--I just moved to DC in Feb. I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a studio apartment in Logan Circle. It has brand new kitchen appliances, huge walk-in closet, optional washer/dryer either in apartment or on floor. Rent is $1786 plus around $50 for utilities and is located right next to Whole Foods and plenty of P street bars/restaurants. It's an amazing space and location, but I am trying to move to be closer to work in NE--spending too much time in the car each day. The apartment would be available mid to late August, and the least goes until January (but can be extended). Please contact me at clare.m.parks@gmail.com if interested.***

***2002 female ACE grad renting a furnished bedroom for the summer in a recently renovated Bloomingdale rowhouse. The house is 3 floors, the basement of which is an already rented, separate apartment (inaccessible from the main house). You would share the top 2 floors with me and have your own bathroom. Bloomingdale is a beautiful residential neighborhood one mile from the Shaw/Howard Metro (green/yellow lines) with street parking. Within a 5 minute walk are a Sunday farmers' market; several restaurants and bars; a yoga studio; and a coffee shop. Very flexible on timeframes, but only looking to rent during the summer. $1,000 per month or $300 per week. Rent includes utilities, use of washer/dryer, and wi-fi. Please include dates you would need in your email. hughesea@hotmail.com. ***
