GREET INDIANA'S HONOR FLIGHT VETERANS  (SATURDAY, 4/16)

Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America's veterans for all their sacrifices.  Honor Flight transports the heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors, along with those other veterans who may be terminally ill.  Please join the Notre Dame Club as we join other Honor Flight Volunteers in greeting the 85 veterans from Honor Flight of Southern Indiana (HFSI) (Evansville, IN) when they arrive at Reagan National Airport at 9:50 on Saturday, April 16.   We will need to get to the airport around 9:00 - if interested in joining us, please contact MaryKate Robinson at marykate@alumni.nd.edu.

ADMITTED STUDENTS RECEPTION (WEDNESDAY, 4/20)

Please join us at the Admitted Students Reception on Wednesday, April 20, to welcome high school seniors who have been offered admission to Notre Dame. This is an opportunity to mingle with the Class of 2020 and their families, share your experiences, answer questions, and offer a glimpse into what makes Notre Dame so special. Your insights, knowledge, and passion are key to the success of this event! The reception will be held at 2300 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22201 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on April 20th. Pizza and beverages will be served. Please RSVP to Amy Walker '08 (amy.lauren.walker@gmail.com). We hope to see you there!

Your all-inclusive ticket provides round-trip transportation (leaving from Ballston, Crystal City, Capitol Hill, or Dupont Circle); access to the private University Row North Rail tent area; quality all-day buffet; an open bar with premium liquor, beer, and wine selections; lawn games; a best dressed competition; a private betting booth for the races; and of course a great vantage point for the races themselves! Tent only and car passes are also available for purchase.

This event tends to sell out and tickets are limited, so make sure to get them early before they run out! Use the discount code ACCANDFRIENDS2016 for 5% off, but move quickly because quantities are limited!

To learn more about the event, ticket availability, or to volunteer for the event (great way to meet alums from other schools), please contact Charles Schulz (charles.d.schulz@gmail.com) or Nick Hollerbach (nicholashollerbach@gmail.com). We look forward to seeing you out there on race day!
