[NSCoderNightDC] be safe

At the moment, it seems that the weather will cooperate. I'm aware of a few of us that are considering going to the meeting tonight at 7:00p as usual (at La Madeleine in Bethesda as always) Please make sure to double check your local weather conditions to make sure that it is safe to go, otherwise, there is always next week.

Jose

[tfctoastmasters:591] March 4 Talk for Change Toastmasters Meeting

Greetings Talk for Change Toastmasters:

We will meet at 6:45 on Wednesday night in the Sandstone Room at the Viva Center, located directly across the street from the Dupont Circle Q Street/North metro exit. Attached is the meeting agenda.

Attached is the agenda.  The meeting theme will be "March Comes in Like a Lion."

Entering the Building/Office

Although our street address is 1555 Connecticut Avenue, the building is located between Connecticut and Q Streets, and the entrance is actually on Q Street next to Raku (across from the Firehook Bakery).

The name of our building is The Anchorage, and there are large gold anchors on the door handles.

When facing the front door, the tenant listing and call-up box is on the left. Press the "call" button then "03" on the number keypad.

The Viva Center is located on the 3rd floor. Turn right off the elevator to enter the Sandstone Room.

[ND-DC-YA] Fr. Hesburgh Remembrance Events and Resources

Dear Young Alums,

FaithND has devoted a page to Fr. Hesburgh with prayers and scripture readings that you can use in the coming days as we mourn his  passing and celebrate his extraordinary life. These resources can be used at any point, but may be helpful prior to viewing the Wake, Funeral Mass, and Tribute, all of which will be live streamed at hesburgh.nd.edu.

Information regarding remembrance events for Fr. Hesburgh in DC will be forthcoming.

Thank you,

The DC Young Alumni Club Team
