Of the 3 roommates who are renewing, 2 are ND alums, both Class of 2016. The other is an aerospace engineering graduate student. The room is small but rent is an amazing price at only $575/month plus utilities (~$70/month). We've also given that person ownership to both upper hallway closets. The main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath plus a front and back porch. We live 5min walk from Safeway & Aldi about a block north of the east end of H St. We have parking in the back for 2 cars and street parking out front.
