*** 8/21 Hi, my name is Joey Kuhn (ND '11), and I'm looking someone for a new roommate to take the other room in my 2-BR apartment in Eckington neighborhood. The current roommate (a summer subletter) is moving out. I'm looking for someone who would be able to sign a year-long lease starting Sept. 15. The apartment takes up the ground floor of a rowhouse; it's small, but has a spacious, well-furnished kitchen and a cozy furnished living room. The best thing about this place, though, is location! It's a 5-min. walk to the trendy Bloomingdale area (Boundary Stone, Showtime, The Pub and The People, Big Bear Cafe, Yoga District, etc.), and a 15-20 minute walk to Shaw and the U St. Corridor. 15-minute walk from 3 metro stops (Shaw, NoMa, or Rhode Island Ave.). And it's cheap for DC--only $900/month plus utilities. Let me know if you're interested at jmkuhn18@gmail.com Thanks!***

***  8/21 ND '16 grad looking for a roommate as outgoing ND roommate is moving. I'm looking for someone for a 2br/2ba apartment in Arlington called Richmond Square (www.rentrsq.com). (Also open to 2 roommates for available 3br/3ba.) It is a 3 minute walk from the Ballston metro.  The room can become available as early as August 18th, but I am very flexible on move-in date. The lease would be renewed ideally for the next year, and is under market price for the building/location (around $1300 per month plus utilities). The bedrooms are pretty large, with walk-in closet and private bathrooms, as well as washer/dryer in unit. The building has a gym, business center w/ free printing, lounge/club room, etc. For more information, please contact ryangrzyb@gmail.com Thank you!***

*** 8/5 Hi! My name is Bridget Galassini (ND '16) and I will be leaving my beautiful and spacious (1500 sq. feet) 3-bedroom Rosslyn apartment, so I am looking for someone to replace me and live with my two current roommates. They are female GW grads and 24 years old. The rent is only $945 each month (not including utilities or wifi/cable, which usually adds $50-80). It is a five minute walk from the Rosslyn metro station, and within close walking distance of Courthouse, Clarendon, and Georgetown. It is fully furnished (very nicely), except for the bedroom, and has tons of supplies - all belonging to my roommates. There's an outdoor pool, a decent gym, and roof deck with grills, lounge chairs, and the absolute best best view of the monuments, and that's all included. bridgetgalassini@gmail.com***

*** 7/20 I'm an ND '11 grad seeking two housemates for a lovely house on Hobart Street in Mount Pleasant, starting September 1.  The rent is $1333/person per month, plus an additional $50-$75 per person per month for Internet, gas, and electricity. The neighborhood offers a great community, and the home includes 3 upstairs bedrooms, 2 full baths, an outdoor deck, and a porch made for porch sitting. The location is a 10- to 15-minute walk to the Columbia Heights metro (yellow/green line), Rock Creek Park, and the Adams Morgan area, as well as easy access to the S bus line (Silver Spring>downtown). Please email mackenzie.k.keller@gmail.com if interested!***

*** 7/2 Looking for a female roommate to take over a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in a brand new 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on H street NE. Located directly across from Whole Foods and just 6 blocks from Union Station metro. Building had a fitness room, pool, and 3 outdoor decks! Rent is 1350 / month and includes a garage parking spot. The apartment is available from September 1 through December 31st, with an option to renew. I'm sad I'm moving! Please contact mia.k.eppler@gmail.com (ND '15) and tabithaannevarghese@gmail.com and tell us about yourself if you are interested :)***
