***5/2 My name is Kyle Clark, and I am a 2012 alum looking to sublet my room for all of June, and my roommate, Chris Millard (ND '10), is looking to sublet his (the master bedroom) for the last two weeks of June. The lease ends on June 30, and sub-lessees would then have the option to sign their own year-long lease for July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018. The renovated two-story rowhouse is located on 12th & G Streets NE in Cap Hill/Atlas District, a stone's throw from H Street nightlife and a 15-minute walk to Union Station and the House/Senate office buildings. There are three good-sized bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, modern appliances (including new washer/dryer & new dishwasher), wood floors, central heating and A/C, working fireplace, a small front yard and backyard, a deck, and a parking pad in the back (which would become available after June 15). My bedroom (the middle-sized room) is currently $1,097/month, and the master is $1,167. The smallest bedroom (although not available for sublet) is $1,066/month. Utilities are approximately $125/month per person. Please contact Kyle & Chris at kclark14@alumni.nd.edu and chrismillard10@gmail.com and we can go from there in terms of facilitating the subletting application process with our landlord. Thanks and go, Irish!***

You will be able to comfortably fit a queen or king-sized bed, bedside tables, a desk, a dresser, and one or two additional small pieces of furniture in the room, with ample space left over for activities like yoga, jumping jacks, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, woodworking, or whatever other quirky hobbies you've taken up lately. Rock Creek Park is a short walk away (0.7 mi), and free public tennis courts are just up the street.
About me: Mid-20s professional woman originally from Dallas, Texas. I have lived in this apartment for the last year and love the area! I am fairly laid-back and clean, with the exception of a dirty dish or two left in the sink overnight. I typically work regular hours (9-5) during the week and try to spend my weekends out doing things or traveling, but I also enjoy hanging out at home, hosting friends, and watching TV (mostly Scandal and Jeopardy!... I really should branch out more).
You: Tidy, respectful, open communicator. Women preferred, but all are welcome to inquire about the space. Please contact Connie or Nicole with a few sentences about yourself (how long you've been in the DMV area, where you're from, if you're looking for short- or long-term housing, your occupation, what a compatible roommate would be like for you, pets, etc.) and any questions that you may have for me! *** 4/12 I will have a room available from April 26th through May 31st. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment in Adams Morgan with one roommate who is a 2014 Notre Dame graduate like me. I will be moving out on April 25th, but our lease does not end until May 31st, so we are looking for somebody to rent my room for the month. My open room could be a good option for somebody as a place to stay while they search for a more permanent option. You can reach me at pmmcummings1@gmail.com for more information. Thanks! Peter***
